Official ISPPD communication: The ISPPD-12 Symposium has been postponed.

Dear Friends & Colleagues,

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and its global implications, we are aware that many of you in the ISPPD-12 community are working tirelessly on COVID-19 in your home countries and we appreciate that this is an anxious time for everyone. As the ISPPD community is a very international one and your health and safety is our main priority, we have come to the decision to postpone the ISPPD-12 Symposium until 2021.

The new dates for the ISPPD-12 Symposium are 20 – 24 June 2021.

Current registrations to the event will be transferred to the new dates.

In the coming weeks we will be updating the website with new dates, registration deadlines, new programme scheduling and additional information. Please view some frequently asked questions and answers below.

The ISPPD Symposium is your meeting. The community depends on your active participation in sharing your research, your insights and your expertise. ISPPD-12 will be worth the wait!

The ISPPD Board, ISPPD-12 Symposium Committees, and Symposium Organisers kindly ask for your patience and support, and we wish you, your colleagues and families good health and resilience. Our thoughts are with all of you.

Is the event cancelled?

No. Due to the latest developments regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we have taken the decision to postpone ISPPD-12 to 2021. The new dates for the Symposium are 20 – 24 June 2021.

I am a presenter/speaker at the event, what should I do?

We will contact you directly regarding your participation in the programme.

My abstract was accepted for presentation, what happens to it now?

Our abstract department will reach out to you soon with further details.

I am an exhibitor at the event, what should I do?

We will contact you directly regarding your participation at the event. If you need to get in touch with us, please contact your Industry Liaison person.

Will my registration still be valid?

Yes. Your Conference registration is transferred to the new dates.

If I wish to cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?

The cancellation policy is outlined on the registration page. Please click here.

If I booked my hotel with the event organisers, what should I do?

Please check the cancellation policy of your booking.

If you have a non-refundable booking, we are working closely with the hotels to find an optimal solution and will send an update within a week.

If you have a refundable booking, we will contact you with options within a week.
